Welcome to Clyr Ltd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• The Ordering Process: When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our goods. We will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

• Contract Formation: A legally binding contract is only formed between you and Clyr Ltd when we dispatch your products and send you a "Shipping Confirmation" email. This allows us to protect against pricing errors or stock unavailability.

• Guest Checkout: You may place an order as a guest. While creating an account is not required, you must provide a valid email address and UK delivery address to complete a transaction.

• VAT: Clyr Ltd is VAT-registered. Please note that under UK tax law, olive oil is currently zero-rated for VAT. All prices shown on our site are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

• Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Stripe. We do not store your full financial details. Payment is taken at the point of order.

• Scope: We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

• Timelines: We aim to deliver within 1–3 working days. While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Perishable Goods: Because we sell food products (olive oil), these items are classified as perishable. Perishable goods are exempt from the return right. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at info@clyr.co, and we will make it right.

• Ownership: All content on this website, including text, logos, and photographs, is the property of Clyr Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.

• Accuracy: We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate; however, slight variations in packaging or colour may occur.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clyr Ltd shall not be liable for any losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed, nor for any business losses.

• Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
